You can return most items purchased from White feathers Jewellerys within 3days of purchase. For online returns, a Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained, and the item must be shipped back within one week of receiving the RAN. Online orders can be returned either by mail or to any store location. Items such as coins, self-design jewelry or self-order coin jewelry, and worn watches are non-returnable. Watches must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 3 days of the order date. All returns must include the packing slip or a bill.
Exchanges, including size exchanges, cannot be made through the online store. You can either visit a physical store to exchange an item within 3days of purchase or return it , and place a new order for the desired item or size. Note that ring sizing and shipping fees are nonrefundable. To process an online return, visit the Order Status/Returns link or the Return Request Form on the Customer Service page. You’ll need your last name (as listed on the “Bill To” section of your order) and your Purchase Order Number from your confirmation or packing slip. After submitting the return request, you’ll receive an email with return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of shipping, and it’s recommended to insure the package. For any quality or order mistakes, contact customer care before returning the item
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In-store purchases cannot be returned online, and coins, coin jewelry, and ring sizing fees are nonrefundable. For store returns, merchandise can be returned within 3 days . Exchanges are allowed up to 3 days from purchase, except for custom-designed, engraved, family, or class jewelry. Watches must be returned unworn and unsized within 5 days, with warranties covered by the manufacturer. Gift returns can be exchanged for a gift card or jewelry of equal or greater value. Trade-ins are allowed for items returned, with the original item and a refund for the price difference. Cash refunds are available with the original receipt, but check purchases require a 21-day hold. Refunds for debit or credit purchases will go back to the original account
The Lifetime Diamond Trade-In Program allows eligible diamond items (e.g., solitaire rings, engagement rings, diamond bands) to be traded in toward a new diamond piece that is at least double the original purchase price. Jewelry items must be accompanied by the original receipt and Jewelry Guarantee. Some items, like gemstone jewelry and clearance items, are not eligible for trade-in.
